SOCAR's Kulevi terminal receives New Silk Road project participants

Kulevi Oil Terminal of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) received participants of the "New Silk Road - Azerbaijan-Georgia- Turkey -Europe Odyssey" project Aug.27. After meeting the Terminal top management, our unusual guests visited the site for more detailed familiarization with company activity.

The project goal is a delivery of the container of gas to Istanbul by a group of American, Azerbaijanian, Georgian and Turkish students who have come together to pass a route of Azerbaijan gas supply to European markets.

The participants were headed by the project concept author, professor of Montana State University (USA), Thomas Goltz (a journalist, author of books "Azerbaijan Diary" and "Georgian Diary", author of film "Mugham in Montana" and of the "Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Oil Odyssey 2000" project).
