SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) hosted a meeting of the Board, SOCAR's official website reported.
Board meeting was dedicated to the results of 2010 and priorities for 2011.
As the main priorities, the company's board identified: increasing oil and gas reserves, expanding the volume of drilling, constructing and commissioning new offshore bases in the fields of Gunashli and Oil Rocks, completing the reconstruction of underground gas storage and gas compressor stations to increase the production at refineries, gas processing and petrochemical complexes, realizing projects necessary for the effective functioning of these complexes for six to eight years, improving the quality of produced gasoline, improving international rankings of SOCAR.
