American Epsilon received an industrial gas inflow from two wells, Shimoliy Girsan -1 and Chigil - 4, located on the Kultak-Kamachinsky investment block, after the overhaul was completed, Trend reports via Uzbek media.
The overhaul of a well Shimoliy Girsan – 2 is at the stage of completion as well.
In addition to the work on the restoration of wells in the Kultak-Kamashinsky block, 5 new wells are being drilled and 3 more new wells are being prepared to start drilling. A 3D seismic survey has been launched on the Surkhan block in an area of 200 square meters.
There two drilling rigs ZJ-70 and ZJ-50 is transferring to the Surkhan and Mubarek investment blocks to start drilling deep wells.
Field work is underway to prepare sites for the installation of drilling equipment. Moreover, road works are being carried out and places for storing drilling tools and consumables are being determined.
At present, the company conducts industrial production of natural gas at 6 wells from Talimarzhan, Khujum, Shimoliya Girsan, Chigil fields with its transportation to Shurtanneftegaz LLC through four newly built gas pipelines with a total length of 26.4 km.
