Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / To operate advanced wells on the fields of 'Bank Darvin' and ' Western Absheron', the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) will construct three new platforms.
The platforms are constructed in Baku Deep Jackets named after Heydar Aliyev. The wells have been drilled at the Khazar-4 platform.
Platform No 23 has been fully assembled and is ready for installation. The construction of platform No 340 will be completed by 10 July. It comprises three blocks. The work in the Caspian Sea will be completed in November. The construction of platform No 56 will be completed by 10 August. It will be put into operation by the end of the year. All platforms will be installed at a depth of 10m in the water.
