BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 17. The official exchange rate of manat against the US dollar set by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) didn't budge an inch at the end of this week, Trend reports.
The weighted average rate at the end of the week came out to 1.7 manat per dollar.
