The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (TSTB) provided information on local companies able to participate in the digitization work at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to TSTB.
The information was provided during a meeting at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan with representatives of TSTB and private domestic companies involved in providing services for the introduction of digital technology.
During the meeting, members of the TSTB got acquainted with the stages of implementation of the strategy of improvement of the exchange and implementation of digitalization in the period 2020-2025, and the program of measures on realization of this document.
The program includes the introduction of an electronic document management system, an electronic online trading system of the exchange, the creation of a "single window" system, as well as the provision of exchange services via the Internet.
The above-mentioned strategy was signed by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on January 31, 2020, in order to support product manufacturers, develop the country's wholesale market and improve the activities of the State commodity exchange.
