Google remained the most popular search engine in Azerbaijan with its 96.14 percent market share as of February 1, 2021, Trend reports referring to the StatCounter’s Global Stats report.
Share of Google grew by 0.28 percent compared to the previous month.
The share of the Yandex search engine from January through February 2021 decreased by 0.01 percent and amounted to 2.29 percent.
At the same time, the share of the Yandex search engine in Azerbaijan as of the reporting date made up 0.6 percent, having declined by 0.12 percent over the month.
As of Feb.1 this year, the share of the Yahoo search engine in the country's market lowered by 0.02 percent and equaled 0.38 percent.
The remaining part of the market amounted to 0.59 percent and was distributed among other search engines, including Mail.ru with 0.18 percent, a decrease of 0.04 percent.
