The construction trust Neftqaztikinti of Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR has announced an open tender for purchase of pipes.
Tender participation fee is 826 manats.
Those wishing to take part in the tender must submit a sealed application and confirmed with a signature and a bank guarantee no later than 17:30 (GMT +4 ) on June 21, 2018, and tender bids until 10:30 (GMT +4 ) on June 28, 2018:
