Uzbekistan Airways JSC will gradually resume flights on a regular basis to Dubai, Frankfurt, Almaty, Bishkek, Istanbul, Trend reports via Uzbekistan Airways.
Flights from/to Uzbekistan on a regular basis will be resumed in the following directions:
Tashkent-Dubai-Tashkent - once a week from September 4 on Fridays
Tashkent-Frankfurt-Tashkent - once a week from September 10 on Thursdays
Tashkent-Almaty-Tashkent - once a week from September 11 on Fridays
Tashkent-Bishkek-Tashkent - once a week from September 14 on Mondays
Tashkent-Istanbul-Tashkent - September 4, 7, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 28 and 30
Passengers planning to flight to Uzbekistan on via Uzbekistan Airways from the above countries will have to provide a certificate with a negative test result for COVID-19 by PCR method in English or Russian, valid no more than 72 hours before the flight. In the case of the absence of a negative test result, passengers will be denied check-in for their flight.
If passengers arriving from Germany, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey have a certificate with a negative test result for COVID-19, they will need to go through thermometry and fill out a questionnaire with an obligation for 14 days of self-isolation:
Citizens of Uzbekistan will be placed on self-isolation at their place of permanent residence, while foreign citizens will be placed on self-isolation at the place of temporary registration in Uzbekistan.
Passengers who have a fever or other symptoms upon arrival will be examined at the Tashkent airport.
Passengers with a positive PCR test result will be hospitalized for treatment.
If citizens of Uzbekistan wish to fly to the above countries, it is necessary to independently clarify the sanitary requirements in the country of destination and, before purchasing air tickets, make sure that there are appropriate grounds giving the right to enter the above countries.
