On September 19, Pavlodar will host the Ninth Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan with the participation of the two countries' heads of state, the Kazakh Information and Culture Ministry told Trend on Wednesday.
A grand opening of the inter-regional exhibition on interregional initiatives in innovation and industrial cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia will also be held at the Astana Ice Palace.
