President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed to establish a Turkic integration fund during the fifth Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries, Kazinform reported.
In his speech, the president said that a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of Turkic-speaking countries was held Sept. 10.
A decision was made concerning the establishment of the Turkic Culture Heritage Foundation, the Nomadic Civilization Center - the initiative of the Kyrgyz side in Azerbaijan.
"All financial documents of these institutions have been approved," Nazarbayev said. "This shows that our countries strive to develop mutual integration. I am sure that in the future, these institutions will contribute to the development of Turkic culture."
The president stressed that the financial state of these institutions is different. Therefore, it is necessary to think about the establishment of the Turkic integration fund. The businessmen, sponsors can be involved in this work.
