Energy field, industrial and financial sectors of Kyrgyzstan are particularly interesting investment sectors for EBRD, the member of EBRD Council of Directors Jonathan Ockenden reported.
Ockenden, who heads EBRD delegation, met with Kyrgyz prime minister Jantoro Satybaldiyev, the government press service reported on Wednesday.
EBRD will continue on its support to Kyrgyzstan, was noted at the meeting. The parties discussed broadening of cooperation, investment project in hydropower, mining, development of industrial sector as well as improvement of business environment in the country.
Kyrgyz prime minister noted that the government will continue its reforms, directed to establishment of favorable conditions for business and investments in Kyrgyzstan.
