( KABAR ). The draft of a new Constitution will be handed over to President Kumanbek Bakiyev till April 10. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Almaz Atambaev told journalists at a press conference in the Government House.

"I do not want the Constitution was adopted hastily under the pressure. First, it should be discussed in the parliament", - said A.Atambaev.

According to him, the working group on development of the new Constitution has not yet formed for lack of representatives of opposition - the United Front and "For Reforms" Movement. "If they would not come to agreement till the tonight I will be forced to sign a resolution. However, we have six people from For Reforms Movement", - said the Kyrgyz PM.

A.Atambaev said the working group will include five representatives from authorities and six from opposition. "I think they will found a version, which will satisfy the both sides", - emphasized the head of government.

He supports the mixed forum of government in Kyrgyzstan.

Besides, A.Atambaev is against an edition of the Constitution, developed by parliamentarian Kubatbek Baibolov, who offers to hand over practically all powers to the parliament.
