BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 29. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with the head of the Russian Gazprom energy company Alexey Miller, Trend reports via “Business Turkmenistan” news agency.
During the working visit of the Gazprom delegation to Turkmenistan, the parties discussed issues related to cooperation in the energy sector.
Alexey Miller also held a meeting with the Chairman of the upper house of Parliament of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Meanwhile, at the end of June this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the intention of Gazprom's management to visit Turkmenistan.
