Kyrgyz militia established the identity of the mother deported from Uzbekistan and thrown a newborn boy at irrigation ditch, news agency "24.kg" reported.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affaires, the operational employees of the Ala-Buka Department of Internal Affairs solved this crime.

As the department notes, in a field about a kilometer from the Yzar village, next to the ditches a newborn boy was found. Investigative group went to the scene, found a cloth tag attached to the hand of a child which stated the date of birth - August 2, 2011, the weight - 3 kg 50 grams, the label also indicated a woman's name.

The boy was delivered in a children's department of territorial hospital.

"The officers of the Interior Affaires agencies have been initiated the operational-search activities to identify those who left in danger a newborn baby. Operatives of criminal investigation and investigators had checked the maternity homes, but it has not produced results. They explained that the tag and records on it differ from their samples. It was decided to check border posts, militia officers managed to find out that the day before the incident a woman really crossed the state border. In the course of the works, the detectives found taxi drivers, carrying her that day. According to preliminary data, the boy was born in Namangan city in the Uzbek Republic. Militiamen identified the suspect. It turned out, that on August 9, 2011 a 26-year old mother of the baby was deported from Uzbekistan," the MIA informs.

As a result of the operative-investigative activities the location of the suspects was identified. Two residents of Ala-Buka district were detained for the crime.

The law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan helped to solve the crime.

The investigation department of Ala-Buka department of Internal Affaires filed a criminal case under article 121 (Abandonment in danger) of the Criminal code of the KRG. Investigation is launched.
