A member of the Iranian High Council of Housing has said that house rents have increased by 15-20 per cent, the ISNA News Agency reported.
The rise in rents has been proportionate to the inflation rate growth, the official said. "To control the housing prices, we should both increase supply and curb unofficial dealings," the official added.
