General conditions of suppliers and specialized degree necessary:
1. Have at least 2 years relevant experience (manufacture paper tube for Poy). If there aren’t, it is need to submit 42 paper tubes for technical evaluation.
2. Submit the cooperation guarantee for tenders.
Deadline for receiving Evaluation Forms: May 24, 2017.
Deadline for submission of Evaluation Forms: June 24, 2017.
