USD rate against Iran’s toman continues rising both in official bulletin of Central Bank and open markets.
USD rate increased by 0.03 percent to 3,812 tomans Aug.12 compared to the previous day in open markets.
The ratio was 32,745 rials/$1 Aug.1.
Official USD rate also increased slightly to 3,844 tomans. The ratio was 3,274 rials/$1 Aug.1.
The US House of Representatives and Senate voted overwhelmingly late July to slap new sanctions on Iran. The bill became a law later by signing President Donald Trump.
Official USD rate was 3,250 rials/$1 in the beginning of July.
