( Civil ) - Two rapporteurs from the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) will arrive in Tbilisi on November 9 as President Saakashvili has imposed nation-wide emergency rules.
Matyas Eorsi and Kastriot Islami, co-rapporteurs from the PACE monitoring committee, plan talks with the Georgian leadership and the opposition leaders.
