Appeal Court Not Satisfied Claims Regarding Results Of Presidential Elections

Tbilisi Appeal Court has not satisfied claims of "Labour Party" and "Christian-Democratic alliance" regarding presidential elections' results held on May 21, reported PNA.

According of Appeal court the decision is final and will not be changed.

According to CEC, on May 21 elections ruling party received 119 mandates from here 71 mandates to majoritarian system. The "United Opposition" got 17.73% while according to proportional system- the 15th position, but by majoritarian system it got 2 positions. "Labour Party" and "Christian-Democratic movement" got 6 mandates each.
