Former head of Tax Ministry of Finance Jaba Ebanoidze was called to prosecutor's office, Rustavi 2 reported on Monday. The leaders of the National Movement are going to make a special statement in this regard.
The first comment has already been made by the Member of Parliament from the minority David Sakvarelidze.
"It doesn't matter why Ebanoidze was called. Jaba Ebanoidze - a man who has always been against corruption and bureaucracy. Jaba Ebanoidze was the man who defeated the corruption in the civil registry for good. The fact that he was called to the prosecutor's office - scandal not only for them but for the whole of Georgia," Sakvarelidze said.
