The four-day visit of delegation of Latvia's border agency led by its head General Normunds Garbars continues. During the visit the Latvian delegation held a meeting with the director of Georgia's Border Police, Colonel Koba Botchorishvili and other high-ranking agency employees, Georgia's Border Police told Trend.

According to the report, during the meeting the parties discussed and signed a prospective plan for cooperation of the two countries' border agencies.

Within the visit to Georgia the Latvian delegation will also hold meetings with Deputy Interior Minister Vakhtang Gomelauri and the director of the Patrol Police David Tsinaridze.

The visit of Latvia's border agency's delegation to Georgia will end on October 17.
