British Prime Minister Theresa May said on Tuesday that any changes to the divorce deal with the European Union would be put before parliament ahead of any vote on a Brexit agreement, Trend reports referring to Reuters.

“We are in discussions with the EU about changes ... in relation to the backstop for Northern Ireland,” May told parliament. “Any changes that are agreed with the European Union would be put before this House (of Commons, lower house of parliament) before the meaningful vote.”
