( Itar-Tass ) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that Russia will not remain indifferent to NATO's muscle-building on the Russian borders.
"In violation of earlier accords, certain states and members of the NATO alliance are building up military resources close to our borders. The Russian proposals, for example on creating a single air defense system with equal access to its control for all the participants remain, regrettably, unanswered," Putin said at a meeting at the Russian Defense Ministry on Tuesday.
"Of course, we cannot afford to remain indifferent to the obvious "building of muscle," he said.
