Other News Materials 18 January 2009 01:44 (UTC +04:00)

The right engine of a US Airways plane that landed in the Hudson River Thursday is still attached to the aircraft, the National Transportation Safety Board said Saturday.

Previously, the agency said both engines were on the river bottom. The NTSB on Saturday said divers did not see the right engine earlier because of low visibility in the water, CNN reported.

Authorities said they would begin trying to remove the plane from the river at 2 p.m.

Also Saturday, authorities released audio and transcripts of two 911 calls regarding the plane's descent.
