Up to 50 Afghans killed, injured in Kabul attack
As many as 50 people were killed and injured in a suicide attack in Kabul targeting a Shi'ite festival on Tuesday, an official said, DPA reported.
"We have more than 50 people brought into different hospitals in Kabul. Many of them were already dead when they were brought in," said Kargar Rahman Ogoli, a spokesman for the Health Ministry.
The incident took place inside Abu Fazl, a Shi'ite Muslim shrine in the Murad Khani area of the capital, a police spokesman said.
