New US sanctions against Russia, if implemented, will be an additional blow to the relations between Moscow and Washington, Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Thursday, Trend reports referring to TASS.
Peskov noted that the document has not yet been submitted in the final form; however, the Kremlin is carefully studying it. "Of course, we will closely monitor the progress of this bill. So far, it is unlikely to be the final version. Of course, this is a very serious matter, which, if this bill is implemented, will be an additional blow to the bilateral Russian-US relations," he said.
