Israeli foreign minister threatens to use nuclear weapon against Gaza strip: Turkish Prime-Minister

On the eve of his visit to Iran Turkish Prime-Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in an interview with British newspaper The Guardian that Israeli foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman threatened to use nuclear weapon against the Gaza strip.

Erdogan's statements followed amid crisis in relations between two strategic partners - Turkey and Israel occurred after Ankara refused from joint military trainings due to participation of Israeli air force in them.

Crisis in Turkey-Israel relations has been intensified after the film 'Separation' about murder of Palestinian children by Israeli soldiers was demonstrated on Turkish TV channel.

Erdogan said in an interview with The Guardian that strategic partnership between Turkey and Israel remained at the same level. He accused foreign minister Lieberman of threatening to use nuclear weapon in the Gaza strip.

Speaking about relations with Iran, Erdogan said that Tehran is Turkey's friend. There are no problems with relations between both countries.
