A major operation has been conducted against the "Islamic State" (IS) terrorist organization in 11 provinces of Turkey, Turkish media reported on Nov. 5.
As part of the operation, 24 people, who were collecting money for terrorists in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Libya, were detained, the reports said.
During the operation, over $500,000 and more than two million Turkish liras were seized from the detainees.
The names and nationalities of the detainees are not revealed.
