Hearings on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was held in the Finnish Parliament. The hearing took place on the initiative and organization of head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Euronest, MP Elkhan Suleymanov.

The hearing was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Sevinc Hasanova, members of the working group on inter-parliamentary relations Azerbaijan - Finland Elkhan Suleymanov and Ayaz Orujov, MPs Fazil Mustafa, Zahid Oruj, Jeyhun Osmanli, Suleymanov told Trend on Wednesday.

Ali Hasanov spoke with an extensive report at the hearing. Sevinj Hasanov also made a speech on Economic Development of Azerbaijan and prospects.

Head of the friendship group Azerbaijan-Finland Eero Lehti, former European Union (EU) envoy for South Caucasus, Ambassador Heikki Talvitie, Director of Aleksanteri -Institute for Oriental Studies, Professor of Helsinki University Markku Kivinen and a member of the Finnish Parliament Elizabeth Naucler also made a speech at the event.

During the visit, the delegation also attended a reception at the City Hall in Helsinki.
