The elections block вЂ�Young Azerbaijan вЂ" new names’ addressed to Misir Mardanov, the Azerbaijani Education Minister, with demand to prevent the corruption in the universities and to punish all those guilty. The block has to make an address in connection with the current situation in the sphere of education, Trend reports.
The document stresses the necessary of putting an end to arbitrariness of corrupted people and taking urgent measures in is respect. The facts of bribery, corruption and defects in the education system hinder the state-construction policy pursued by the President and destroy the gene pool of the country.
The address of the organization was adopted after a meeting with students, where they complained of bribery and pressures to members of the block.
Several students are threatened with expel. The Elections Block plans to hold protest actions to prevent such attempts.
