The co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Andreas Herkel and Andreas Gross plan to pay a visit to Azerbaijan in October, the co-rapporteur Andres Herkel told Trend exclusively on 6 September.
В"It was planned earlier, the visit will take place in mid-September. But it proved to be unacceptable from the part of Strasbourg, but not from the part of Baku”, he noted.
Herkel underlined the visit will take place during October, but the exact date of the visit is not known so far.
