The crash of a military plane in the Turkish province of Konya has nothing to do with the joint exercises of the Azerbaijani and Turkish air forces, Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry said in a message March 5.
Complete staff of Azerbaijan's air forces is taking part in joint drills with Turkey's air forces, and the Azerbaijani side has had no casualties, the ministry said.
The ministry also noted there is no information about the crash of a Turkish warplane during the exercises.
