Dona Douset-Koyrolo, the World Bank (WB) Director on the South Caucasus is on visit to Baku, which is supposed to last till mid-November, the representation of the WB told Trend.
“The visit is of working character and not related to holding of any talks with the government. During her visit she will solve management of the Baku office and different technical issues,” the representation said.
The WB is currently developing new strategy on Azerbaijan. “Though we don’t plan meetings with the government, they may be held in case of necessity,” the Bank underlined.
The Baku Office has not permanent head at the present.
