Turkey's AtlasJet airline will resume flights to Kazakhstan from July 19, Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan said on July 18.
Earlier, Kazakh Ministry of Transport and Communications send a letter to Turkey's aviation authorities and the AtlasJet demanding to immediately resume the flights to Kazakhstan and sell tickets.
"After receiving strong recommendations from Kazakhstan's Ministry of Transport and Communications, the AtlasJet decided to resume the flights in the shortest possible time," the deputy chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee Talgat Lastaev said.
Earlier, Kazakhstan's National Chamber of Entrepreneurs informed about the receipt of complaints regarding the failure of AtlasJet to fulfill its commitments to the tourism agencies that book tickets for the company's flights.
