Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said tenth government headed by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad made relentless efforts for materialization of Islamic Revolution's mottos both inside Iran and abroad, IRNA reported.
Ayatollah Khamenei said that one of the praiseworthy peculiarities of the tenth government has been round-the-clock efforts by President Ahmadinejad and his team.
The Supreme Leader pointed to the efforts made by certain opposition groups, foreign media and few domestic media to ignore the government's achievements, and said, "Some people are ignoring and undermining even the already undertaken efforts and achievements of the government which are quite conspicuous and palpable."
"Everyone felt and realized that the respected president and his colleagues have accomplished immense tasks in an expedited manner compared with the previous governments by tolerating hardships, which is praiseworthy and quite evident," Ayatollah Khamenei added.
President Ahmadinejad and his cabinet members, too, thanked the Supreme Leader for his efforts during their tenure.
