Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in connection with terror acts - blasts in the metro stations Lubyanka and Park Kultury, which have caused numerous casualties.
According to Turkmen Dovlet Kheberleri news agency, expressing courage and fortitude, the President said that Turkmenistan strongly condemns any display of terrorism and extremism, fully supporting the efforts of the international community to combat and eliminate this evil.
The Turkmen leader also conveyed words of sympathy and support to families and friends of those killed and injured.
