Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev will hear the government report on the work of implementation of the state program of forced industrial and innovative development (SPFIID) of the country, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and New Technologies said.

"A teleconference will be held with the regions in which the head of the state will familiarize with a number of operating facilities within the framework of the event," the report said.

Among the objects are: interregional professional center in Atyrau on training and retraining of cadres in the oil and gas industry in accordance with the international standards of the dual training; Almaty Industrial Zone, where there selection of companies is being conducted (21 projects have already been approved at 72 billion tenge, with the creation of over 4,000 jobs); Aksai Industrial Park in West Kazakhstan region, on the basis of which oil and gas engineering is being developed; construction of an industrial wind park in Yereimentau with the capacity of 45 MW (with the prospect of expansion up to 300 MW).

The president will also start the construction of a dry port in the "Khorgos - East Gate" Free Economic Region and the "North-East-South" power lines in Semey (installation of the first support of Semey-Almaty site) in the "online" regime.

Such new projects as the production of drill bits at "Zhigermunayservis" LLP, Atyrau (Industrialization Map project); plant for the production of chemical re-agents "Talas Investment company" LLP, Zhambyl province, Karatau (Industrialization Map project); production of power boiler equipment "Petropavlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant" JSC, North Kazakhstan province (Industrialization Map project) and others will be commissioned during live broadcasting.

"It should be noted that only within the Industrialization Map in the first half of 2014, some 21 projects were commissioned and about 2,000 permanent jobs were created. About 100 projects will be commissioned and 8,000 permanent jobs will be created during the second half of the year," the report said.
