The official USD rate in Iran is 12, 260 rials, but then Iran claims $326 million, while Iraq says that figure is only $13 million.

Behzad said that Iran gives several bills to Iraq during a month and Iraqi experts' surveying usually takes time.

"When we give a bill to Iraq, at same time we calculate that amount to a debts value, but Iraq added the value to the debts amount after surviving," he said.

Behzad said that Iran has in total sent three bills with about $200 million dollars to Iraq's Energy Ministry, but Iraq has not survived and confirmed the bills yet.

Behzad did not give further details, including whether Iraq has paid any money to Iran so far and if Iran has given bills to the sum of $200 million worth to Iraq, then how has a $326 million dollar debt been calculated?
