An Azerbaijani family was robbed and assaulted in Tbilisi during the night of January 20.
Armed people broke into the family's residence in the Ponichala area for the purpose of robbery, the Ahmadov's family told reporters.
The offenders tied up the owner of the house and his family. They threatened to torture them with a hot iron if they did not give them money and valuables.
The criminals fled with the valuables.
The police are looking for the perpetrators.
