Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 19 / Trend , N.Abdullayeva/ Azerbaijan and Jordan exchanged instruments on ratification of an extradition agreement.
Role of the agreement
and its entry into force is important in terms of regulation of bilateral
relations, Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov said at a
meeting with Adil Mohammad Adailahi, Charge d'Affaires of Jordan in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Ministry told Trend on Dec. 19.
The agreement will enter into force on Jan.18, 2009.
Khalafov noted the importance of inter-state commission for the development of bilateral relations.
Next meeting of the commission should be held in 2009 to increase trade
turnover between the countries and to deepen economic relations, he said.
