The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry delegation led by Political Department Director Eitvydas Bajarunas held consultations in Tbilisi.
Meetings and consultations took place at the foreign and defense ministries.
Deputy Defense Minister Georgi Muchaidze and International Relations and Euro-Atlantic Integration Department head Nino Bakradze received the guests at the ministry.
The meeting focused on military and political cooperation between the countries. The parties discussed events which Georgia will implement as part of the Georgia-NATO commission, defense plans for 2009, Georgia's participation in ISAF operation and global security issues.
