Kazakhstan's leading television channels will have their correspondents abroad in 2010, Kazakhstan Information and Culture Minister Mukhtar Kul-Muhammed said
"Kazakhstan's leading television channels will open foreign bureaus given Kazakhstan's chairmanship of the OSCE next year," Kul-Muhammed said
Furthermore, Kazakh channels will transfer to the digital transmission in the second half of 2010, he added
"It will be possible to open seven channels instead of one with the transition to digital channels," Kul-Muhammed said
