There is a necessity to adopt a draft law regulating our second names, the Civil Solidarity party chairman, MP, Sabir Rustamhanli told Trend.
Adopting a document that will define single spelling for second names will fill the existing gaps. As each person is changing his/her second name in whatever way he/she wants. There has to be a law regulating that, he said, adding that there are also a number of drafts on culture, moral values and security which he is going to propose to parliament.
Rustamhanli expressed his concern about the fact that a draft law on education still wasnt adopted. All the gaps existing now in our educational system can be filled only after this law will be put in force.
