The Inspector of the Press-Service of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry, Ehsan Zahidov, informed Trend that the Russian Interior Minister, Rashid Nurgaliyev and Commander of the Internal Troops of Russia, Nikolai Rogojkin will arrive to Baku on December 21.
According to the program of the visit, on December 21, the guests had to visit the Avenue of Honor and Martyr's Avenue, and meet with the Azerbaijani Interior Minister, Ramil Usubov. According to Zahidov, both processes have been postponed to December 22. On the same day, the delegation will visit the Head Department of the Internal Troops of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry and meet with the Chief Commander, Zakir Hasanov. A briefing is planned to be held after the meeting.
The Russian delegation is expected to be received by the Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev.
