Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 January /corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The large part of complaints received by the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan in 2007, deals with the court acts. Out of all the complaints received, 643 (37.5%) are regarding the court acts.
Out of 419complaints sent to the consideration of the Chamber of the Constitutional Court, 372 were not accepted for the court implementation, 8 were accepted to be considered for court implementation and 39 are still being studied. Last year, the Constitutional Court made 11 resolutions and four decisions.
