Azerbaijan, Baku, 21 January / Trend corr. J.Babayeva / An administrative proceeding against the six Azerbaijani judges for violations and illegal actions was launched through the decision of the Juridical Council of Azerbaijan.
The judges broke the rules and made serious errors which have lead to dissatisfaction of the public.
The Juridical Council had assessed the execution of judges in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR), whose terms have expired. The performance of two judges in NAR was found to be lacking and a decision was made not to nominate them for a second term.
