Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / UniLeasing, one of the biggest leasing companies in Azerbaijan implemented its 1,000th leasing operation, the company reported.
Within the framework of the Leasing of Commerce property project the company implemented the financing of a restaurant complex, which was the 1,000th operation since the establishment of the company.
The total cost of operations from 2004 to 2007 exceeds AZN 38mln. The average rate of leased operations constituted 19.4% and the average term of leasing 38 to 43 months.
UniLeasing has a paid authorized capital of AZN 1.8mln. The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development is the shareholder of the company with 33.33% shares.
