Azerbaijan, Baku, 4 Dec / Trend /The first season of the Unicup Football Tournament instituted by Unibank CB, has been over.
The first Unicup goes to the Karasu Operating Co team. The second and the third prizes have been won by the RAM MMC and Azercell teams. The Unibank team have come the fourth.
Apart from the cup, the champion team were awarded the medals and the Unibank Money Prize in the amount of AZN 3,000. The RAM MMC team were awarded the medals, the free-of-charge life assurance of all the team players granted by MBask and other gifts. The Azercell team were given the consolation prizes from Unileasing.
Apart from the three winning teams and the Unibank, the tournament was participated by the following twelve more teams: MBask, Unileasing, N-Link, Akhundoff Networks, NLT Telekom, Bismak, Metak, Futbol+, Danone, Ataxan ad?na D?mir Metal Zavodu, Performance Centre and AA Service.
Unibank was supporting and sponsoring various sporting events in Azerbaijan before as well, among them being the World Wrestling Championship, the International Women's Chess Tournament and various football matches.
