Kazakh grain delivery expenses to Turkey to fall

Due to the completion of the railway construction between Georgia and Turkey, the Kazakh grain delivery expenses for Turkey will decrease three times, Grain Union of Kazakhstan President Nurlan Tleubayev told Trend on Thursday.

"The expenses will decrease from $135 per ton to $41 per ton," Tleubayev said.

He said the completion of the railway construction is scheduled for late 2013.

Kazakh grain deliveries to Turkey via the Black and Azov Seas costs about $135 per ton, Tleubayev said.
